Our cows are raised on pasture 24/7 with the only grains being supplemented, if needed, during December – March to ensure the best quality organic beef. All grains are non-GMO and organically raised by local farmers. They are not confined. Our calves are allowed to nurse on their mothers until weaning at 6-9 months.
All of our cows are finished in either Spring or Fall on 100% grass. They are fed kelp, diatomacious earth and bentonite clay to aide in parasite prevention and immunity support. All of our cows are tested negative for BLV.
