Breakfast Egg Casserole
*This recipe is for a 9x11 size casserole dish. (I make it in a 9x13 and 1.5 X the recipe)
1 lb desired meat (I use bacon and sausage combo).
6 eggs
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon mustard powder
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 slices of bread, cubed
(optional) 1 cup veggie of choice-I love to add some veg into this casserole(my family does NOT lol). My choices are usually sauteed onions, mushrooms & bell peppers but feel free to add whatever you and your family enjoy.

-Brown meat and drain grease.
-In large bowl, beat eggs and add milk.
-Stir in cheeses, bread & sausage thoroughly.
-Pour in buttered 9x11 casserole dish.
-Cover and place in fridge overnight.
-Uncover and place dish in cold oven and turn on 350*.
-Bake for 45 min or until eggs are fully cooked.
