Jacob sheep - A rare, ancient breed of sheep dating back to biblical times. Known for their excellent mothering abilities, hardiness, vigorous foraging abilities and resistance to disease, parasites & hoof problems. They have slender bones, are small-bodied, and provide a flavorful, lean carcass with little external fat.

Katahdin sheep - Known for its wonderful foraging abilities producing a delicious, mild flavored meat. they are medium to large-bodied, excellent mothers, resistant to disease and parasites, require no shearing, and have a very docile temperament.
