Jacob sheep - A rare, ancient breed of sheep dating back to biblical times. Katahdin sheep - Known for its wonderful foraging abilities producing a delicious, mild flavored meat. they are medium to large-bodied, excellent mothers, resistant to disease and parasites, require no shearing, and have a very docile temperament.
