Pig Feet

Sale Price: $3.00 Original Price: $7.50

Pig Trotters
For rich, nutrient-dense broths and deeply flavorful dishes.

Pig trotters (pigs’ feet) are packed with collagen, making them incredible for broth-making. A single trotter will turn an ordinary pot of soup into a naturally thick, beautifully gelled, nutrient-rich stock. They’re also wonderful slow-braised, added to beans, or used in traditional recipes that call for extra richness and body.

If you love cooking the way our great-grandparents did — using every part of the animal and getting every bit of goodness from it — trotters are a must-have staple for your freezer.

Pricing Note:
Price listed is an estimate based on average weights. Because each cut is individually packaged and naturally varies in size, your final total may differ slightly. Once your order is pulled and weighed, we’ll send an updated invoice reflecting any remaining balance due at pickup.

We appreciate your understanding — that’s the beauty of real, farm-raised meat.

Our heritage breeds of pigs are raised and rotated in the woods, fed chemical-free, non-gmo, soy & corn-free grains. We specifically chose to use mulefoot and mulefoot cross because they are a medium-sized rare breed of pig known for their docile and friendly temperament, they are excellent foragers, hardy, and resistant to disease. they produce a prized, flavorful, dark and marbled meat with delicious creamy fat.
