Pork chops - Bone In

Heritage Pork Chops (Mulefoot Cross)

Exceptional flavor from old-world genetics.

These bone-in pork chops come from our heritage Mulefoot cross hogs — a rare breed known for its rich marbling, deep pork flavor, and exceptionally tender meat. Mulefoot pork is often compared to old-fashioned farm pork: darker in color, fuller in flavor, and naturally juicy without needing added brines or flavor enhancers.

Our pigs are forest-raised, rotated, and allowed to express natural behaviors, which creates a noticeably higher-quality chop. Perfect for grilling, pan-searing, or roasting, these chops deliver that “real pork” taste most people haven’t experienced in decades.

If you’re looking for a flavorful, heritage-style chop that stands miles above anything in the grocery store, this is it.

Cooking tip: Just season with real salt and pan fry a few minutes on each side paying attention not to overcook. I cook almost exclusively in cast iron and love the result.
