Every fish we sell is a fish we caught - that is what sets us apart. And you won't find fresher or higher quality fish anywhere. As a small family operation we pay special attention to each and every fish. Each salmon is pulled from the water with utmost care and immediately immersed in a bath of slush ice. By the next day our fish are one of three places: In the hands of one of our local Alaska customers, on a cargo flight to a customer somewhere in the states, or being hand-processed and flash-frozen -- the freshest, most delicious frozen salmon you'll find anywhere!
