Smoked Jowl
Smoked pork jowl cooks like a cross between bacon and ham. Slice it thin for breakfast, cube it into beans or greens, or use it to flavor soups and stews. Its deep, savory smokiness makes almost anything taste better.

Our heritage breeds of pigs are raised and rotated in the woods, fed chemical-free, non-gmo, soy & corn-free grains. We specifically chose to use mulefoot and mulefoot cross because they are a medium-sized rare breed of pig known for their docile and friendly temperament, they are excellent foragers, hardy, and resistant to disease. they produce a prized, flavorful, dark and marbled meat with delicious creamy fat.
